BDT Only: All transactions on ckok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. There are no currency conversion fees. Your deposit amount is credited to your account balance in BDT at the exact amount received.
Withdrawal requests on ckok are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. You cannot withdraw to a different account, a different payment method, or a third-party account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering and is applied consistently to all ckok players.
Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on your bank. ckok does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, ckok may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This involves submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address. ckok reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, duplicate account creation, or conduct that ckok deems harmful to the platform or other players.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be voided. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at the player's own request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard verification checks.

Account closure requests for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will be processed immediately and the account will be locked from access for the requested period.
