Where duplicate accounts are identified, ckok will close all associated accounts and void any balances held within them.

BDT Only: All transactions on ckok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. There are no currency conversion fees. Your deposit amount is credited to your account balance in BDT at the exact amount received.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on ckok are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. You cannot withdraw to a different account, a different payment method, or a third-party account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering and is applied consistently to all ckok players.

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days depending on your bank. ckok does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ckok system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirming. ckok is not responsible for bets placed in error by the player.

ckok reserves the right to void any bet where:

  • A technical error has resulted in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed.
  • The bet was placed after the event or game outcome was already determined.
  • There is evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of the event or game.

In the event of a disputed bet outcome, the decision of ckok's management is final. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the relevant bet being settled. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

8Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
